Kids Events

Aside from the Story Hours we offer in the Children’s Room, we are pleased to offer Lego Club, Crafternoons, the Preschool Playgroup,  Family Fun Nights and other fun events that happen (think Snowflake Workshop.) And we have plenty of games should you just want to hang with family and friends for an impromtu part of your day.

 

Thursday, April 25th

It doesn't matter if you are 8 or 80.  There is something magical and freeing about snapping those Lego bricks together to create something new, so cast your work and worries aside for an hour and join us for some building time. We will also have some larger Duplo blocks available for our younger friends who might not be Lego-ready yet.  Families and family-like groups of ALL ages are welcome to attend.  Challenge a neighbor!  Bring a friend!  Declare a Lego War!    

(This is not just for children but all children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.)  Registration is appreciated but drop-ins are welcome!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wednesday, May 8th

Ready...Set...Lego! Kids in Kindergarten and up are invited to join Mr. Jonathan for an 45  minutes of creativity and building. Mr. Jonathan loves to throw out a challenge, but participants are always welcome to free build.  Pre-registration is not required.
