FRIENDS OF THE ABINGTON PUBLIC LIBRARY

The purpose of the Friends of the Abington Public Library is to maintain an association of persons to promote knowledge of the functions, resources, services and needs of the Abington Public Library, to build up a greater realization of the importance of the library to the future of the community and to receive and encourage gifts, endowments, and requests for the library and funds for special needs beyond the command of the library budget.

Membership in the Organization shall be open to any interested adult and/or other organization.

Information concerning membership in the Friends of the Library and the group in general may be obtained through contacting the library. The library staff will put interested persons in touch with a member of the Friends.
