Children's and Teen Summer Reading Program

2011 Summer Reading Program participants read a combined total of 1,474 hours.  The Friends of the Library will sponsor a cheetah and a golden lion tamarin at the National Zoo in Washington, DC in recognition of this reading achievement.  Watch this space for information about the 2012 summer reading program.
